Call for papers: IV International Conference “E-Governance” |

It is our pleasure to invite you to participate in the IV International Scientific Conference “E-Governance”, organized by the Research and Education Centre for e-Governance of the Technical University-Sofia from 17 to 19 June in town of Sozopol on the Black Sea Coast, Bulgaria. The Conference stimulates the common work, discussions, sharing ideas and exchange of experience among academics, researchers and practitioners of all countries.
The Conference will focus mainly, but is not limited, to the following important topics :
• Education in e-Governance
• E-Governance in Business
• E-Governance in Public Administration
• Challenges of the e-Democracy
Traditionally, the plenary session is organized via two possibilities for participation - on site or remove. The sectional sessions involve on-site or distance papers presentation, discussions and show forums. The distance connection will use WEB-based conferencing and participants will be able to take part via Internet and PC, equipped with WEB camera and audio device. The show presentations have to be innovative coming from real practice, for example open government, virtual administration, paperless or green administration etc.
The papers presented in the Conference on-site or distance, will be published in Proceeding of the conference in the printed and online version. Besides, they will be transmitted to issue with citation indexing for evaluation and future publication also.
